FAQs

This is a brand new site, so there aren’t actually any FAQs yet, but here are some questions that I can predict:

• Q: do you eat your paints?
• A: not on purpose, but sometimes, after I’ve ingested a muffin or other handheld food item, I realize that at some point, Bright Yellow Lake got smeared on my fingers and I didn’t see it until I’d finished the muffin. Couldn’t possibly say what the effects of that are, but fingers crossed it’s not cancer. But it’s probably cancer.

• Q: do you use paintbrushes to make your paintings?
• A: yes, mostly. so far.

• Q: do you think you’ll lacerate any part of your body in a frenzy of creative angst?
• A: one can never predict the future, but based upon how I’m feeling today, I think that self-inflicted laceration is highly unlikely.

• Q: will you make body art, or stick to traditional art forms?
• A: as an intensely shy and private person, I will likely stick to making images in a traditional fashion.
